Job Summary

The Customer Care Specialist is a temporary role that will provide high quality customer service to our customers including but not limited to girls, parents, community members, volunteers and staff. The Customer Care Representative is responsible to greet and assist all visitors, assist with all customer related inquires in person, over the phone, online requests and emails.

Duties & Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • First point of contact for inquiries via phone, email or in person.
    • Answers phones in a timely, professional and competent manner.
    • Returns messages, as well as relay messages to staff in a timely manner.
  • Highest level of customer service both external and internal.
  • Utilizes the technology to track all cases
  • Know and utilize the solutions management
  • Promote and support Girl Scout program philosophies
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Working Conditions

  • Willingness or ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends
  • Continuous work as a team member and ability to work independently with some supervision
  • Frequent work under stress and under pressure of deadlines with overlapping projects

 

 

Physical Requirements

  • Capable of viewing a computer monitor for long periods
  • Frequent sitting, bending and twisting upper body

Skills & Experience

 

  • Specialized knowledge: Salesforce and Call Center environment
  • Project coordination
  • Knowledge of Girl Scout organization
  • Experience in customer service and serving the public
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and takes initiative

**Must be able to complete & clear a MVR, Criminal, and Sex Offender background check**
