Outreach Cookie Program Coordinator


Job Summary

The Outreach Cookie Program Coordinator will be a detail oriented person who facilitates the cookie program and provides support to Outreach troops and their leaders. Strong computer software proficiencies, professional communication competencies, and superior customer service expertise are essential traits for this fast-paced, deadline-driven position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage paperwork for all the staff-led Outreach troops.
  • Collect money, payment receipts, and distribution receipts from Program Facilitators and full-time staff
  • Deposit money into an assigned bank account, manage receipts, and keep accurate records
  • Assist Program Facilitators in collecting money and contacting parents who have unpaid accounts
  • Coordinate cookie booth sale opportunities with business owners and other locations
  • Provide training to outreach troop leadership
  • Secure permission slips and cookie order cards for all girls participating in the cookie program
  • Attend and assist with parent information meetings and troop meetings as needed
  • Use eBudde platform to maintain records
  • Manage troop cookie pick up schedule
  • Assist in determining quantities for additional orders and cookie pickups from cupboards
  • Manage the distribution of additional cookie orders to troops 
  • Keep records and complete paperwork for parents who have unpaid accounts
  • Coordinate troop raffles and/or rewards
  • Compile and enter initial and final girl reward orders in eBudde
  • Sort and distribute rewards by troop
  • Process and ship girl rewards
  • Participate in training
  • Maintain weekly communications with the Outreach Team
  • Be prepared to step into the role of Program Facilitator, in needed be.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least two years’ experience with general office responsibilities and procedures
  • Microsoft proficient
  • Knowledge of organizational principles and practices of basic office management
  • Willingness or ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends
